Extraordinary general meeting on 22 May, 2023

At the extraordinary general meeting on 22 May 2023, Per Antonsson and Greg Batcheller were elected as board members in Edvince. Greg Batcheller was appointed chairman of the board.

The board now consists of Greg Batcheller (chairman), Per Antonsson and Lars Edvinsson.
